The former company of Linghao was set up in 1995. In year 1997, Linghao (HK) formed a joint venture battery manufacturing plant in mainland China. In here, high capacity rechargeable nickel metal-hydride and nickel cadmium batteries were produced. Until Jan. 2005, Linghao (HK) set up and wholly owned a factory in Guangdong. Apart from producing rechargeable batteries, other special batteries and primary batteries would be produced, assembled & inspected over there. In year 2006, Linghao cooperated with partnership factories which produce rechargeable lithium batteries as well as NiMH batteries in order enlarge the volume of sales. At the same time, Linghao Battery (HK) Co Ltd would be responsible to the oversea sales and marketing.
Factories
Factory for production of NiMH/NiCd batteries:
- Daily production capacity is 150,000 cells.
- Total area is 10,000 m2 and with average labor force of 800.
Factory for production of lithium ion batteries:
- Daily production capacity is 120,000 cells.
- Total area is 20,000 m2 and with average labor force of 1500.
The production plants feature with fluent production and inspection facilities, stringent quality control is the main concern in our manufacturing processes.
Special Features
Apart
from producing standard size products, OEM projects are welcome. With our
tremendous technical experience, special shape and size of batteries can be
produced per customer’s specifications. We also provide support to customer
whom have battery related projects.

Linghao Battery (HK) Co. Ltd. was invited to publish an article concerning the prismatic cell manufacturing in the Annual International Conference on Industrial Engineering Theories, Applications and Practice which was held by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1998.
